Hourly Space Reservations (conference rooms & rooftop patio)

Hourly space bookings are paid by card at the time of reservation and are final sale, given the short-notice, same-day-scheduling nature of these bookings. If your plans change, contact us as soon as possible — we'll do what we can to help you reschedule, but rescheduling and refunds are at our discretion and are not guaranteed.

Office Suite Leasing

Office suite interest submitted through this site is an inquiry only, not a payment or binding reservation. Suite leasing is governed by a separate lease agreement, not by this policy.
